Shkurtimisht, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e njohim si Dekreti i Flukseve. \u00cbsht\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2023\/01\/26\/23A00232\/sg\">Fletoren Zyrtare<\/a><\/strong> m\u00eb 26 janar 2023 dhe aplikimet mund t\u00eb kryhen online, n\u00eb faqen e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme, duke filluar nga <strong>ora 9 e m\u00ebngjesit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 27 mars 2023<\/strong>. Afati i fundit p\u00ebr paraqitjen \u00ebsht\u00eb data 31 dhjetor 2023.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Megjithat\u00eb, rekomandohet fuqimisht q\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur t\u00eb merrni kuot\u00ebn, t\u00eb b\u00ebni aplikimin menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas hapjes s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Shum\u00eb nga pyetjet q\u00eb na u drejtuan kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me sektor\u00ebt e prekur nga kuotat. Fillimisht duhet t\u00eb dim\u00eb se kuotat totale n\u00eb dispozicion jan\u00eb <strong>82 705<\/strong>, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>44 000<\/strong> kuota do t\u00eb rezervohen p\u00ebr <strong>pun\u00eb vart\u00ebse sezonale, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe hoteleri-turizmit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>38 705<\/strong> kuota do t\u00eb rezervohen p\u00ebr hyrje n\u00eb <strong>pun\u00eb vart\u00ebse jo-sezonale, vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsim dhe konvertime<\/strong>. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, sektor\u00ebt n\u00eb fjal\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe, konkretisht, jan\u00eb <strong>nd\u00ebrtimi, mekanika, komunikacioni, ushqimori, nd\u00ebrtimi i anijeve, turiz\u00ebm-hoteleria dhe transporti rrugor i mallrave p\u00ebr pal\u00ebt e treta<\/strong>. <em>P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket sektorit t\u00eb transportit rrugor, duhet pasur parasysh se pun\u00ebtori i k\u00ebrkuar duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pajisur me patent\u00eb me kualifikim CQC. Confagricoltura, Coldiretti, etj.). Prandaj do t\u00eb ishte e preferueshme q\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi t&#8217;ju drejtohej k\u00ebtyre organizatave p\u00ebr paraqitjen e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs pasi, duke pasur parasysh shifrat, ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb shanse p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb kuot\u00ebn.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb specifikat e pyetjeve q\u00eb na jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb theksohet se pun\u00ebtori duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e origjin\u00ebs sepse, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs, pasi t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb autorizimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar, do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb ambasad\u00ebn\/konsullat\u00ebn italiane n\u00eb vendin e tij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb viz\u00eb hyrje p\u00ebr n\u00eb Itali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lejet e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb konvertueshme<\/strong>, si p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim vart\u00ebs ashtu edhe p\u00ebr vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsim, jan\u00eb ato p\u00ebr arsye <strong>studimi, praktike dhe\/ose trajnimi dhe lejet e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb<\/strong> <strong>p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt afatgjat\u00eb <\/strong><em>(e ashtuquajtura Carta di Soggiorno)<\/em><strong> t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr i Bashkimit Europian<\/strong>. Duhet t\u00eb kemi parasysh gjithashtu se, p\u00ebr konvertimet, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t&#8217;ju p\u00ebrmbaheni sektor\u00ebve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrshkruar.<\/p>\n<h5>Lejet e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore ose p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00eb azili nuk mund t\u00eb konvertohen n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Dekretit t\u00eb Flukseve.<\/h5>\n<p>P\u00ebr informacione t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme teknike, do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb priten udh\u00ebzime nga ministrit\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshira. \u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb mos humbisni koh\u00eb sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, ndryshe nga sa ndodhi me <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/test.bestoffer.al\/sq\/dekreti-i-flukseve-ne-itali-2021\/\">Dekretet e viteve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme<\/a><\/strong>, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi q\u00eb synon t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb kuot\u00ebn e hyrjes duhet t\u00eb vihet ne kontakt me Qendr\u00ebn lokale t\u00eb Pun\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar disponibilitetin e nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtori t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb Itali, qoft\u00eb italian apo i huaj me lejeq\u00ebndrim, t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rol.
