Neni. 31 i Tekstit Unik t\u00eb Rregullave t\u00eb Emigracionit, n\u00eb paragrafin e tij t\u00eb tret\u00eb parashikon se “Gjykata p\u00ebr t\u00eb Mitur, p\u00ebr arsye serioze t\u00eb lidhura me zhvillimin psikofizik dhe duke marr\u00eb parasysh mosh\u00ebn dhe kushtet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb t\u00eb miturit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb territorin italian, mund t\u00eb autorizoj\u00eb hyrjen ose q\u00ebndrimin e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb familjes, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar kohore, gjithashtu n\u00eb shmangie t\u00eb dispozitave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji. Autorizimi revokohet kur pushojn\u00eb arsyet serioze q\u00eb justifikuan lejimin e tij ose p\u00ebr aktivitetet e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb familjes, t\u00eb papajtueshme me nevojat e t\u00eb miturit ose me q\u00ebndrimin n\u00eb Itali. Masat i komunikohen p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit diplomatik ose konsullor dhe kuestorit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e kompetenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse \u201d.<\/p>\n
