U publikuan sot ne Gazzetta Ufficiale<\/strong><\/a> sqarimet e shumepritura nga ministrite e interesuara nga procedura e “amnistis\u00eb” per te huajt (sanatoria).
\n\u23f3<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Konfirmohen datat e meparshme per kerkesat qe do te mund te paraqiten nga ora 07:00 e 1 qershorit deri ne oren 22:00 te 15 korrikut 2020.
\n?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Aktualisht, kostoja qe duhet te paguaje punedhenesi per legalizimin e nje punetori, eshte e percaktuar ne \u20ac 500,00, ndersa te ardhurat qe punedhenesi duhet te kete deklaruar jane vendosur ne \u20ac 20.000,00 (punedhenes qe jeton vetem) ose \u20ac 27.000,00 (punedhenes me familje) ne rastin e punes familjare (colf e badanti). Personat (punedhenesit) me aftesi te kufizuara qe jetojne vetem dhe kane nevoje per shoqerues ose ndihmes, nuk duhet t\u2019i permbahen kushtit te mesiperm.
\nNe te gjithe sektoret e tjere, nderrmarja punedhenese duhet te kete deklaruar te pakten \u20ac 30.000,00 qe te rezultojne nga bilanci, deklarata e te ardhurave, etj.<\/p>\n

?<\/span><\/span>Risija me e rendesishme qe sjell dekreti i publikuar sot, i perket sektoreve per te cilet “amnistia” eshte e mundur. Pervec sektoreve qe ishin parashikuar ne dekretin e publikuar para rreth dy javesh, dihet sot qe “amnistia” mund te kerkohet edhe per disa figura pune te vecanta si, per shembull:<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Portier pallati;<\/li>\n
  2. Prodhim pijesh alkolike;<\/li>\n
  3. Prodhim embelsirash;<\/li>\n
  4. Agriturizem;<\/li>\n
  5. Mbareshtim i kafsheve shtepiake;<\/li>\n
  6. Kopshtari dhe mirembajtje te peisazhit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Jane edhe nje seri aktivitetesh, qe duhen verifikuar ne baze te kodit ATECO perkates, qe lejojne aplikimin e amnistise.
    \nPer thellime dhe informacione me te detajuara, lexoni postimin tim, te para disa diteve, dedikuar “amnistise” per te huajt.<\/p>\n

    ?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Sono stati pubblicati oggi, in Gazzetta Ufficiale, i tanto attesi chiarimento dei ministeri coinvolti dalla procedura della sanatoria.
    \n\u23f3<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Sono, in sostanza, confermate le date per la presentazione delle richieste che pu\u00f2 avvenire dalle ore 07:00 del 1\u00b0 giugno alle ore 22:00 del 15 luglio 2020.
    \n?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Attualmente, il costo che il datore di lavoro deve sostenere per la \u201clegalizzazione\u201d di ogni dipendente, \u00e8 stato stabilito in \u20ac 500,00, mentre il reddito che lo stesso deve aver dichiarato \u00e8 stato stabilito in \u20ac 20.000,00 (datori di lavoro che vivono soli) oppure \u20ac 27.000,00 (datori di lavoro con famiglia) per quanto riguarda il caso del lavoro in ambito famigliare (colf e badanti). I datori di lavoro affetti da patologie o disabilit\u00e0 che ne limitano l\u2019autosufficienza, sono esentati dal rispetto dei requisiti reddituali di cui sopra.
    \nNei restanti settori, il datore di lavoro deve aver dichiarato un reddito di almeno \u20ac 30.000,00 che risulti dall\u2019ultimo bilancio, dichiarazione dei redditi, ecc.
    \n?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0La novit\u00e0 principale introdotta dal decreto oggi pubblicato, tuttavia, \u00e8 costituita dai settori di lavoro che rendono possibile la sanatoria. Oltre ai settori gi\u00e0 noti dopo il Decreto Rilancio, oggi si pu\u00f2 dire che \u00e8 possibile ottenere la sanatoria anche riguardo a figure di lavoro alquanto particolari come, ad esempio:
    \n– Portinai di condomini;
    \n– Produzione di bevande alcooliche;
    \n– Produzione di pasticceria;
    \n– Agriturismi;
    \n– Allevamento di animali domestici;
    \n– Giardinaggio e manutenzione del paesaggio.
